Share your expertise with firm owners exactly when they need it.

In early November, firm owners are planning their year and getting ready for what's ahead, with time still left to put new ideas into practice.

The 4th annual Profitable Lifestyle Firm Summit brings solo and small tax and accounting firm owners together for three free, virtual days of practical sessions they can use right away.

As a speaker, you'll teach one focused session, grow your list with a free resource, and, if you'd like, earn commission on every Toolkit sold through your link.

Lead with what you know best.

This summit is about building a more profitable firm that supports the life you want. Every session helps solo and small firm owners make better decisions about what shapes their firm: who they serve and what they sell, what they charge and how they deliver, and where they spend their own time. AI and other tools come in where they make that work easier. Here's how sessions come together.

  1. Share your expertise

A decision, a skill, or a process a firm owner can put to work right away.

  2. Show how you use AI

Share the AI tips or processes you actually use for this work, so attendees see how it fits in a real firm. If AI isn't part of your topic, that's fine. It's not required.

  3. Keep it practical for small firms

Speak to solo owners and small teams at every experience level, with examples they can apply without a big staff or budget.

The three days

Each day has a theme and a set number of sessions, so your session builds on the ones around it. Place your session by the main decision it helps an owner make. The topics below are examples.

Monday, Nov 2

Your Workflow & Systems

How the work gets done, so tax season runs on process instead of the owner's evenings.

  • Security requirements and AI
  • Scheduled tax prep workflows
  • First AI workflows for small firms
  • Tax season capacity planning
  • Review and quality control
  • SOPs and handoffs
  • Firm KPIs and dashboards
  • Bookkeeping and close workflows
Tuesday, Nov 3

Your Clients, Offers & Pricing

Who you serve, what you sell, and what you charge for it.

  • Choosing a niche or ideal client
  • Websites and getting found in AI search
  • Sales conversations
  • Advisory and CFO offers
  • Turning leads into paying clients
  • Client experience and retention
  • Scoping and pricing a new service
Wednesday, Nov 4

Your Role & Your Firm's Direction

Where the owner spends their time, and what the firm becomes around that.

  • What only the owner should do
  • Hiring, outsourcing, or staying solo
  • Paying yourself and planning profit
  • Boundaries, schedules, and capacity
  • Planning the firm's next three years

Live: speaker panel with attendee Q&A

The question every session answers

What decision will this help a firm owner make differently, and how will that improve the firm or their life?
Built for owners, not just advisors

Attendees run tax, accounting, and bookkeeping firms of every kind. Your session should help them whether or not they ever offer advisory services.

Better isn't always bigger

A more profitable firm doesn't have to mean more clients, more team, or more hours. Show owners how to decide what they actually want.

Teach first, then share your offer

Save your offer for the end, with up to 2 minutes to point attendees to your free resource and next step.

Who you'll be teaching

CPAs, EAs, tax pros, accountants, bookkeepers, and newer firm owners running solo and small practices. More than 1,300 registered in 2025.

Meet your host

Hi, I'm Josie Parr, CPA, MST.

I'm the founder of Solo Tax Coach, and I love helping tax firm owners get paid for what they know and build firms that fit their lives.

I'm a firm owner too. In 2019, I opened my own advisory-only firm offering subscription tax strategy to small businesses. I tripled my first-year revenue targets while working part-time, and I still run that firm today, with plenty of time left for travel and new adventures with my family.

Some of the best ideas in my own firm came from other owners sharing what worked for them. That's why I started this summit, and I'd love for you to be part of it.

Bring the session firm owners need before January.

Applications close Wednesday, October 14.
